This DVD contains the actual, uncut footage that was filmed by a crewman serving on USS Intrepid during the 1959 Med Cruise. A fantastic look into Naval Aviation (NAVAIR) in the 1950s. Very unique, never before seen footage. This may well be some of the very best footage you will ever see from 1959, and is amongst the finest 8mm aircraft carrier home movie footage I have ever seen

The footage has not been edited. It has been left exactly as it was captured from the 8mm films
